INFORMATIONS

Check in – Check out
Check in is between 3 and 11:30 pm (please advise for early and late check ins)
Check out : 12pm.

Should you arrive early or check out late, guests are welcome to use the premises.

We would appreciate to be informed of the approximate time of arrival of our guests.

Children, additional person and sofa beds
All children and babies under 7 years of age stay at the hotel for free for the use of sofa beds and baby cots (according to availability)
From 7 years, each additional person will be charged 700 MAD per night. One room can host 2 children up to 12 years, or one adult.
Sofa beds are available on request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
These extra costs are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the booking and must be paid, separately, directly to the property at check out.

Breakfast
Continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. They are served at table or in the room between 8 and 11:00am. On request breakfast can be served at the restaurant at 7:30 and for early check outs breakfast will be provided in take away bags.

Smoking
For security reasons, the rooms at the Riad are completely non-smoking, except for their private terraces.
Any offender will have to pay a 1,000 MAD penalty for smoking inside the room.
The rest of the hotel remains smokers friendly.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the property.

Arrival and Transfer
Located inside the Old Medina, Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa is not directly accessible by car. A little 10 minutes’ walk is necessary to get to the property.

Parking
The location of the nearest garage: https://goo.gl/maps/HhbCfEfHQ1H2. It is dusty, but it is underground and secure.

Our Porter service
We invite you to contact us by Phone, WhatsApp or FaceTime 15 minutes before your arrival in Fez, so that we can send our porter to our meeting point: +212 (0)6 66 88 20 24.

Warnings
We recommend our guest to beware of fake guides operating in the medina, at taxi drop-offs, at the train station, and even at the airport . They carry false official cards and offer cheaper rates than the official one. Kindly also beware of the non-official drivers and transportation car companies.
Mayfez is happy to recommend competent and trustful guides, drivers and guided tours, that have been selected within the best in town.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy applies only to our customers and not to travel agents. The latter are subject to the conditions defined in their contracts with Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa.

– Up to 3 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge.

– No-show*: 100% of the total amount.

*Any customer who fails to arrive before 00.15 the night following the scheduled arrival date.

Multiple Suite Reservations (from 3 rooms unwards)

1. Mid & Low Season

Deposit and Payment

* Deposit: 30% at reservation.

* Balance due: 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refundable, minus 10% administrative fees.

* Cancellation less than 21 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due.

2. High Season

Deposit and Payment

* Deposit: 50% non-refundable at the time of booking.

* Balance due: 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refundable.

* Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before arrival: deposit becomes non-refundable.

* Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due

MISCELLANEOUS

Kindly note that special requests will be met subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Private parties or events are strictly prohibited in the Riad unless agreed before with the management.
